What this site collects
This site collects personal information when you use our estimate form (see the section below). Separately, with your consent — given through the cookie banner — Google Analytics measures site visits using cookies. If you decline, no cookie is placed on your device and no profile is built. Google still receives an anonymous, aggregate measurement of the visit (page viewed, IP address), without cookies.
These traffic measurements are processed by Google, whose servers are located outside Quebec. We keep only your consent choice, stored in your browser, so we don't ask again.
What we receive when you contact us
When you contact us, by phone or email, we receive your contact details, information about your vehicle (plate or VIN) and your photos, if you send us any. That information is used only to prepare your estimate and your repair. We never sell it, and we share it only with the parties necessary to your repair: your insurer, our parts suppliers and our subcontractors, as well as our technical service providers (such as our email provider).
Estimate form
When you use our estimate form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, vehicle details, damage description and photos. It is used solely to prepare and follow up on your estimate, with your consent (the form's checkbox).
Your request is sent by email to our team and kept in the shop's mailbox under our usual retention practices. The content of your request is not stored on the website's server; only temporary technical anti-abuse data (such as your IP address) is held briefly. Email delivery is handled by Google Workspace, our email provider, whose servers may be located outside Quebec. To ask a question or request deletion of your submission, contact us using the details below.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Under Quebec's Law 25, the person responsible for the protection of personal information is the shop's management team, whom you can reach at [email protected] or at 514-725-2639.
