FAQ — Collision Repair in Saint-Léonard
Have a question before you bring us your vehicle? Here are the answers to what we're asked most often.
Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Call us at 514-725-2639.
I just had an accident. What should I do?
Safety first, then photos of the damage, and a call to your insurer to open your file. See our full guide to what to do after an accident for every step in detail.
Can I choose my own repair shop?
Yes. In Quebec, the choice of repair shop belongs to the vehicle owner, not the insurer — you're free to bring us your car no matter what address someone else suggested.
How long does an estimate take?
Not long — in most cases. Drop by the shop with no appointment for an in-person estimate, or call 514-725-2639 for a first look over the phone.
Do I need to book an appointment?
It isn't required, but it's recommended for heavier damage, or so a technician is free when you arrive. For a simple estimate, you can just come by the shop.
Do you provide a courtesy car or a loaner?
It depends on the repair and your insurer. Get in touch — we'll go over the options with you, based on the scope of the work and what your policy covers.
Do you repair all makes?
Yes, all makes. We're the official body shop of the Alfa Romeo and Mitsubishi dealerships in Saint-Léonard, and our shop holds a Volvo Canada certification and manufacturer recognitions for Toyota, Hyundai, Kia and Genesis.
Do you use genuine parts?
Wherever possible, yes — genuine (OEM) parts, sourced through our dealer network. The exact choice depends on the scope of the repair and what your insurer authorizes for your file.
How does payment work?
In most cases, your insurer pays the shop directly once the claim is accepted. You pay your deductible at delivery, if one applies.
